Altitude Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to be the face of our supplemental insurance products. You will travel within your territory to meet with business owners and managers, delivering engaging presentations and closing opportunities in person.

This is a full-time role offering independent scheduling, ongoing training, and performance-based bonuses. You will build a personal book of business, develop relationships, and contribute to clients' financial security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to business owners and managers in your territory.
• Deliver on-site presentations and engage groups up to 100 people.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business.
• Set appointments, follow up, and manage sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets with your sales manager.
• Submit daily sales metrics and activity.
• Schedule your own hours and adapt to customer needs.
