• Support growth across your territory to help improve revenue and profit.
• Implement localized sales enablement plans across assigned Agent locations to support revenue growth, maximize profitability, and meet regional sales goals.
• Enhancing agent capabilities and performance through product knowledge and tailored sales strategies to drive achievement of agent sales targets.
• Establishing and growing positive partnerships with existing agents and creating new agent relationships.
• Champion the use of assisted-sales tools and triage frameworks to eliminate sales-floor bottlenecks and minimize transaction errors.
• Coordinate priority launches, distribute real-time updates, support training completion, incentives, and promotions to maximize territory sales performance.
• Translate high-level strategic changes into clear updates that keep teams informed and prepared for organizational changes.
