Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti (NASDAQ: UNIT), is seeking a Field Account Executive I to grow B2B sales in the local market. You will act as a strategic partner to small and midsize businesses, delivering tailored solutions and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional sales experience preferred, highly valued for relationship-building results.
• College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (6+ years) required.
• Self-motivation with a hunter mentality to close deals and build a network.
• Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills for engaging business owners.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities
