Job summary

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is seeking a Field Account Manager II to join our B2B team. You will be the face of Kinetic for business clients, driving revenue through upsells and renewals while nurturing long-term partnerships.

You will manage a book of telecom customers, upsell fiber, SD-WAN, and hosted voice, coordinate with Sales Engineering, and help clients optimize their networks. Travel within territory is expected; a strong understanding of local markets is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Telecom/ISP/Tech sales or account management.
• Fiber/VoIP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to manage a B2B book of accounts and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated consultant for a book of B2B accounts.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade client infrastructure and upsell.
• Manage contract renewals and mitigate churn.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Support for service delivery.
