Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is seeking a Field Account Executive I to grow our B2B technology portfolio in local markets. You will engage small and midsize businesses, proposing tailored fiber, Wi‑Fi, and security solutions while leveraging a dedicated base of leads.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional sales experience, prioritizing relationship-building.
• College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (6+ years) required.
• Self-motivation with hunter mentality and ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect Engagement: actively engage with prospective business clients daily to build rapport and generate new sales within your assigned market.
• Relationship Management: serve as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
• Sales Performance: excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment with strong customer service.
• Territory Growth: manage a designated territory using provided leads and self-prospecting to hit monthly targets.
