Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is seeking a Field Account Executive I to drive growth with small and midsize businesses in the local market. You will act as a strategic partner, offering Kinetic products and services while building lasting relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

We provide training, a dedicated customer base, and a steady stream of leads. A strong hunter mentality and proven relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and a hunter mentality focused on closing deals.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and presentation skills.
• Experience in B2B relationship-building with small to mid-size businesses.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience (6+ years) required.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with prospective business clients daily to build rapport and generate new sales within your assigned market.
• Nurture long-term relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet business needs.
• Excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with high-volume sales targets.
• Manage a designated territory using provided leads and self-prospecting to hit monthly targets.
