Texas First Rentals, part of Holt Group, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Arlington, TX area. This role focuses on developing and retaining a growing customer base in facilities and maintenance sectors, including hospitals, schools, and industrial sites.

You will collaborate with district leadership and peers to execute business plans, target rentals, and expand the client base while delivering exceptional service and value.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Sell and market rental and purchase of equipment.
• Develop and maintain customer base in the assigned territory.
• Prepare sales contracts/lease agreements.
• Prepare sales plans and reports; manage expenses and daily calls.
• Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track progress.
• Travel extensively; drive and visit customers as required.
