Holt Group's Texas First Rentals (TFR) in Fort Worth is seeking a sales‑oriented professional to retain our existing customer base while driving continued growth. You will develop the assigned territory, implement sales plans to grow business, and collaborate with District Sales Manager and Branch Manager to execute the strategy.

Essential duties include selling and marketing rental and purchase of equipment, providing service to current customers, sourcing new opportunities, preparing contracts

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience required; 3–5 years preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Sell and market rental and purchase of equipment
• Provide service and support to existing customer base
• Source new business opportunities
• Prepare sales contracts/lease agreements
• Prepare sales plans and reports
• Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts
• Identify and bid on new projects
• Travel as required
