You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute a data-driven territory plan and optimize market uptake.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, a track record in complex markets, and willingness to travel 20-60%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Experience with ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan diseases is strongly preferred.
• Prior product launch experience in a pre-commercial biopharma setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and tactical plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and education of access pathways.
• Build relationships with retina specialists and other eye care stakeholders.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA rules, PhRMA Code, and company policies.
