Job summary

Belite Bio seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and sustained growth in Dallas. You will educate retina specialists and ophthalmologists, building trusted partnerships to support access to our IRD therapies.

Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to execute local plans, manage the territory budget, and represent Belite Bio at events, while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience strongly preferred.
• Prior product launch experience in small or pre-commercial biopharma.
• Strong understanding of payer/reimbursement landscape including hub services and patient access.
• Willingness to travel 20–60% of the time and live in territory.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and tactical plan to meet objectives.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
• Build disease state and product knowledge to deliver compliant, compelling clinical messaging.
• Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and other HCPs.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs and field teams to ensure launch success.
• Represent Belite Bio at regional/national conferences and advocacy events.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, and company policies.
