Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience.
• Understanding of construction processes and building materials preferred.
• Ability to read architectural plans and specifications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 50-70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market plans with customer analysis and revenue goals.

• Generate project estimates and sales for pre-engineered buildings and systems.
• Close quotes and ensure pricing compliance with policies.
