Job summary
Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Sales Representative in Lebanon, TN to drive revenue within designated territory by building relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions for pumps, generators, HVAC, and related equipment. You will visit job sites/offices, present tailored options, and coordinate upgrades with operations.
The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment rental, and offers base pay plus uncapped commission and a company truck.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sales experience in equipment rental or related field.
- Experience in pump, power, and climate control markets is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet revenue goals.
- Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify customer needs and coordinate with operations to deliver solutions.
- Understand market conditions and competitive pricing.
- Offer customized services and solution-based options.
- Present to customer decision-makers and educate on equipment offerings.
- Coordinate implementation and maintenance of new services.
- Report sales activity using CRM and related tools.
