Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, agriculture or related industry; or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and consultative selling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with CRM or sales management tools.
