Qualifications

• Knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers within an assigned territory.

• Communicate product features, benefits, and value to prospective and existing customers.
• Execute territory sales plans and activities to achieve established sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with key customers through planned sales calls and visits.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop knowledge of equipment, technology, and industry trends relevant to customer operations.
• Utilize company systems and CRM to manage customer information and sales activities.
• Travel within territory and manage equipment demonstrations as needed.
