Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, marketing, sales, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, agriculture, equipment, construction, heavy equipment, or related industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers within an assigned territory.
• Promote and sell equipment, products, services, and solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and value to prospective and existing customers.
• Execute territory sales plans and activities to achieve established sales goals and performance objectives.
• Maintain regular contact with key customers through planned sales calls, visits, and follow-up activities.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of equipment, technology, and industry trends relevant to customer operations.
• Utilize company systems, tools, and technology to manage customer information, sales activities, and internal processes.
