• 3+ years of sales, territory management, or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, ranchers, dealers, and ag businesses.
• Prospect for new business through visits, referrals, networking, and calls.
• Meet clients on farms and in local settings within territory.
• Evaluate equipment, discuss auction timing, pricing, and selling options.
• Secure consignment agreements for upcoming auctions.
• Coordinate with marketing, listing, and operations teams to prep equipment.
• Support customers through the auction process and after sale.
