Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to expand the customer base and grow the business across a defined territory. You will provide technical sales support, develop proposals, and coordinate with operations to meet client timelines.

A strong construction background and consultative selling approach are essential. The role includes travel up to 50% and a base pay package with robust commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience plus 2+ years of direct experience in construction-related sales.
• Proven track record in consultative selling.
• Strong construction background with ability to learn engineering concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Embrace and promote Sunbelt's safety culture.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand existing customer base.
• Develop new customers within assigned territory and market segments to grow the business.
• Solicit business by calling on regular and prospective customers via phone or traveling throughout the assigned territory for planned visits or cold calls.
• Provide technical sales and application solutions for customers.
• Prepare detailed proposals to solicit orders, close deals and win business.
• Coordinate project specs with internal operational team members to ensure objectives are met on time.
• Maintain CRM database daily with sales calls and job site details.
• Develop and achieve annual territory sales plan with KPI's, revenue and market growth targets.
