Sunstate Equipment Co. in Concord, NC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow revenue by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts through consultative equipment rental solutions.

You will manage a travel-heavy territory, build a strong pipeline, negotiate proposals, and use CRM to track activity while collaborating with dispatch and branch teams. Qualified candidates have 2–4 years in sales, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; college degree

• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting and lead conversion.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize customer coverage.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers through jobsites and offices.
• Educate customers on Sunstate's products, services, and applications to support operational needs.
• Present compelling proposals and negotiate pricing that balances customer value with Sunstate's objectives.
• Use CRM to document daily activity and track trends.
