Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Phoenix area to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.

The role emphasizes consultative selling and Territory management to provide rental solutions that meet customer needs. You will build credibility as a trusted advisor through deep product knowledge, proactive prospecting, and strong follow-up, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• No specific degree required for this role.
• 2–4 years of relevant outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting and lead conversion.
• Develop territory plans to maximize customer coverage and revenue.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers at jobsites and offices.
• Educate customers on Sunstate products and applications to meet operational needs.
• Present proposals and negotiate pricing balancing customer value with Sunstate goals.
• Use CRM to document activity and track trends; ensure timely entries.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders to ensure satisfaction.
