Job summary

Republic Services in Long Beach, CA is seeking an ES Territory Executive I to drive direct sales and manage relationships with assigned accounts in the waste and environmental services sector. Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through outreach and networking.
• Retain existing customers by maintaining long-term relationships with decision makers.
• Understand customer operations and regulatory requirements to support customized solutions.
• Communicate additional products and services to grow revenue from assigned accounts.
• Use CRM daily to document calls, meetings, and proposals.
• Monitor market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets.
• Complete required agreements, pricing proposals, onboarding forms, reports, and paperwork.
