Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Technology Sales Representative to drive CAD/CAM and Imaging product sales across the territory. You will train customers, organize events, and develop new prospects to expand market reach.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales, a hunter mindset, and the ability to travel up to 50%. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and CRM proficiency is expected for ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales.
• Experience in capital equipment sales, CAD/CAM or Imaging preferred.
• Experience in the dental industry is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to drive results in long cycle, relationship-based sales environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently build and manage a pipeline.
• Ability to travel within territory; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Represent and support all clinical CAD/CAM and Imaging sales activities in each market.
• Support technology equipment activity in the geography, including training, advising customers, and events.
• Develop new prospects and interact with customers directly or with dealers to sell products/services.
• Develop and implement a territory-specific sales plan with marketing and partners.
• Coordinate meetings and product training to build product demand.
• Provide account service to assigned and prospective customers.
• Build dealer relationships with presentations, closings, and product updates; maintain dealer communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
