Job summary

Patterson Dental Supply, Inc. is seeking a Digital Dentistry Sales Specialist to drive CAD/CAM sales in a defined territory.

You will consult with doctors and staff on digital impression scanners, software, milling units, and 3D printers, coordinating with other sales professionals to close equipment deals and grow the client base. The role emphasizes building relationships, planning events, and presenting technology benefits, with compensation based on commission and opportunities for career

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field and 3–5 years' of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
Strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate.
Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus.
General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office is required.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift approximately 50–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

Generate sales by actively prospecting, pursuing and closing CAD/CAM sales.
Develop relationships with doctors and key practice staff.
Execute effective cold call strategies to acquire new accounts.
Generate referrals from current customers and manufacturers’ representatives.
Plan, coordinate, and schedule CAD/CAM-related events such as demonstrations and trainings, marketing activities, and co-travels.
Coordinate with other Patterson sales professionals to demonstrate and sell equipment and technology.
