Job summary
Patterson is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing dental office accounts within a defined territory. You will build partnerships with doctors and staff, demonstrate equipment and technology, discuss ROI and tax advantages, and maintain accurate sales records to support ongoing success.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience, with strong customer service and negotiation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of B2B outside sales preferred.
- Strong initiative, customer service, planning and organization.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate.
- 3+ years of dental industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop a "practice partner" mentality with Doctors and staff, analyze business needs, discuss benefits and ROI of equipment and technology.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and discuss tax advantages and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records for prospects, orders, and sales activity.
- Other duties related to the Territory Sales Representative position.
