Job summary

Patterson Dental is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive profitable sales growth by developing and advancing dental office accounts within a defined territory. You will contact dental offices, analyze business needs, and demonstrate the value of equipment and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred or required.
• 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience or equivalent combination is preferred.
• Strong initiative and exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Develop a “practice partner” mentality with doctors and staff by analyzing business needs and discussing benefits of equipment and technology solutions.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and ROI/tax-advantage discussions; discuss trends in the dental industry.
• Maintain accurate records for prospects, customer orders, sales records and financial activity.
• Other duties related to the Territory Sales Representative position.
