Job summary

Patterson Dental is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative who will drive profitable growth by developing, maintaining, and expanding accounts within a defined dental territory. You will partner with dentists and office staff, present equipment solutions, demonstrate ROI, and manage records while traveling across the territory.

A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field; 3–5 years of B2B outside sales preferred.
• Strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and advance accounts by regularly contacting dental offices within the territory.
• Analyze business needs, discuss equipment benefits and ROI, and coordinate demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records for prospects, orders, and sales activity; travel within territory as needed.
• Stay well-versed on Patterson products, competitive intelligence, and industry information.
