• Maintain and grow current customer share of wallet as a secondary focus.
• Build and manage a robust territory pipeline through cold outreach, office visits, referrals, and local market events.
• Position Implants MIS value line as a compelling solution for practices seeking reliability and value.
• Develop account-specific conversion strategies addressing pain points, decision criteria, and adoption barriers.
• Collaborate with management on clinical education strategies using local and national resources.
• Conduct product demonstrations and business discussions linking product value to practice growth.
• Drive trials, adoption, and repeat utilization with clear next steps and commitments.
• Own territory growth goals and revenue attainment, analyzing data to prioritize opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records with pipeline, stage, competition insights, and forecasted opportunities.
