Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and execute strategic plans for the assigned territory in the construction sector. You will drive short- and long-term sales goals, present compelling value propositions, and work closely with technical teams to optimize concrete mixes.

Responsibilities include handling RFP/RFQ/RFI submissions, pricing guidance, budget input, and timely reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of sales experience in construction or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory.
• Achieve both short and long-term sales goals.
• Conduct product testing and present value propositions to customers.
• Optimize concrete mix designs in collaboration with customers and technical teams.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotional programs and participate in cross-selling teams.
• Handle RFP/RFQ/RFI submissions, recommend pricing strategies, and contribute to budget planning.
• Resolve customer issues and provide monthly status reports to senior management.
