Job summary

Sika USA is seeking a driven Project Sales Representative to grow demand for our buildings & parking refurbishment, sealing, and bonding products, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and specifiers.

You will meet sales targets, develop tailored plans for key accounts, stay informed about product offerings and market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience in building materials, with a proven ability to build relationships and hit targets
• Knowledge of the construction industry.
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed required.

• Promote Sika products through specifications and contractor partnerships that support long-term growth.
