Qualifikationen

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred.
• OR 5 years of construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Minimal overnight travel required.
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire.

• Prospect leads and generate new customers within the assigned territory.
• Present solutions and guide customers through early buying process.
• Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project and navigate permitting.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sell at or above established budgets.
