Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred or 5 years construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM; organized CRM pipeline.
• Willingness to travel and reside within 30 miles of territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads, present solutions, and guide customers through early buying stages.
• Coordinate post-sale project management and liaise with internal teams.
• Manage building projects from pre-sale to completion with strong customer service.
• Maintain sales funnel and achieve budgeted sales.
