Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking self-driven Sales Consultants to grow the territory including West Des Moines, IA and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred or 5 years of construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining an accurate and organized sales pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Minimal overnight travel required beyond initial training and onboarding period.
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads, present to customers, develop solutions, and guide customers through the early stages of the buying process (approximately 70%).
• Coordinate postsale project management, ensuring a seamless customer experience by coordinating project details and communicating with internal teams.
• Maintain a high level of customer confidentiality and deliver quality buildings backed by warranties.
