Morton Buildings, Inc. seeks a self-driven Sales Consultant to grow market share in a defined territory, cultivating new customers and strengthening relationships with existing accounts. The role combines presale lead generation with post-sale project coordination in a team environment.

Starting pay ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 with a base salary, training subsidy, and commission. Company car, laptop, and cell phone are provided to support effective territory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales or account management experience preferred
• Alternative: 5 years construction management experience preferred
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and maintain an organized sales pipeline in Dynamics CRM

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads, present solutions, and guide customers through early buying stages (approximately 70% presale)
• Coordinate post-sale project management to ensure a seamless customer experience through completion
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams throughout the construction process
• Travel as needed for onboarding and market coverage within assigned territory
