Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a self-driven Sales Consultant to grow market share in assigned territories and develop relationships with customers from pre-sale to post-sale. The role blends prospecting, presentations and project coordination to deliver a high-quality building experience.

The successful candidate will manage a sales funnel with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, be proficient in MS Office, and reside within the territory with limited travel after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred OR 5 years of construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining an accurate and organized sales pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Minimal overnight travel required beyond initial training and onboarding period.
• Ability to develop and maintain a sales funnel to sell at or above established budgets.
• Aptitude to grow market share and be available during construction-related hours.
• Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project including MBI personnel and subcontractors; navigate permitting requirements.
