Holt CAT in Texas seeks a Sales Representative – General Construction to promote and sell CAT machinery within a defined territory, including agricultural, ranching, and general contractor markets. You will work with a team to develop customers, quote, lease/purchase, and manage accounts.

Ideal candidates have strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and communication.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
