Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a remote-based Account Specialist to execute in the field and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. You will engage healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and deliver on commercial objectives while supporting launches and access initiatives.

With 5+ years in CNS or specialty pharma sales, you will partner cross-functionally to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and formulary access is a plus.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota and expanding territory.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support launch execution including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain a high level of product, disease state, and market knowledge; ensure regulatory compliance.
