Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships, manage an assigned territory and perform patient assessments in the local community. The role focuses on growing patient referrals and streamlining the referral-to-admission process across a geographic area.

You will educate community, referral sources, and physicians about hospital programs, use market analysis to find opportunities, and present outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred; nurse liaison or healthcare sales experience valued.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience or higher. CRRN certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face connections.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on Encompass Health hospital programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers and follow up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations about services and outcomes.
