Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to develop referral networks, manage a geographic territory, and perform patient assessments. The role centers on cultivating strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, nurses, discharge planners, case managers and payer representatives to drive growth through referrals.

Qualifications

• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face connections.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers and follow up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations to diverse groups about our services and outcomes.
