Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships and manage an assigned territory. You will conduct patient assessments and support growth through physician, nurse, and payer engagement.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, outreach, and education of community partners about hospital programs and outcomes. A clinical license and CPR are required, with healthcare sales experience valued.

Qualifications

• Requires current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or successful healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience accepted.

Responsabilités

• Develop business census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face connections.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on our hospital programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Responds to and overcomes admission barriers and follows-up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations about our services and outcomes.
