Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships across a defined territory and manage patient assessments. This role emphasizes building partnerships with physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and payers to drive patient referrals.

The position leverages your clinical license and community presence to educate stakeholders on programs, while supporting growth through strategic outreach and admissions collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current state clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Two+ years in clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• Nurse liaison or healthcare sales experience is a plus.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate relationships within an assigned territory with face-to-face connections.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Respond to admission barriers and follow up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations about services and outcomes.
