Rimkus is seeking a Business Development Manager to advance a local territory by promoting expert services and securing new business. The role emphasizes direct and indirect prospecting, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with the territory leader.

You will travel frequently within the local metro area and may assist in proposals, RFPs, and business development initiatives while maintaining strong CRM records and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
• 5+ years of professional sales/business development experience.
• Experience in building, roofing, or construction industries preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategies to secure maximum market potential and client satisfaction.
• Identifies and pursues prospective clients and develops new relationships and opportunities.
• Sells Rimkus services to corporate, municipal, government, and development clients.
• Maintains client relationships and promotes value-added services for future business.
• Plans and executes targeted in-person client contacts to increase market penetration.
• Maintains CRM with contacts, activities, leads, and opportunities.
