Job summary

Vert Environmental is hiring experienced Outside Sales Representatives across Southern California to grow new business in assigned territories. This hunter role requires spending most of your time in the field meeting prospects, building relationships, and selling environmental testing services to commercial clients.

You will own your territory from prospecting through close, manage your own pipeline, and develop strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, general contractors, restoration

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales hunter with a track record of generating new business.
• Ability to build a territory from the ground up and meet sales targets.
• Comfort with high-volume field activity, cold prospecting, and door-opening.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory from prospecting through close.
• Build and manage a pipeline with consistent outbound activity.
• Meet prospects in the field and develop relationships with decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Grow existing accounts and identify repeat and upsell opportunities.
