Job summary

Vert Environmental is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive environmental testing services across Southern California. You will own a territory, build relationships with property managers, contractors, and real estate professionals, and close deals with a strong base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outside or field sales with territorial ownership.
• Willing to spend 90% of time in the field across assigned territory.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time in the field meeting prospects and building relationships.
• Own and grow your territory through daily outreach.
• Manage full sales cycle from qualify to close.
• Serve clients as the environmental testing expert (asbestos, mold, lead, bacteria).
• Maintain a tight, organized CRM pipeline.
