Job summary

Vert Environmental is seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to own assigned Southern California territories. This hunter-focused role emphasizes prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business with property managers, HOAs, contractors, and real estate professionals.

You'll spend 90% of your time in the field, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and grow accounts with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Track record of generating new business and consistently hitting sales targets.
• Ability to build a territory from the ground up and prospect effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting.
• Spend ~90% of time in the field meeting prospects and developing relationships.
• Develop relationships with property managers, HOAs, general contractors, restoration companies, and other key decision-makers.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including proposals and negotiations.
• Become a trusted resource for environmental testing services including asbestos, lead, mold, bacteria, and more.
• Grow existing accounts and identify repeat and upsell opportunities.
