Job summary

BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to manage existing accounts and support regional sales efforts in a U.S. territory.

The role focuses on facilitating pricing support, product information, and strategy execution to improve financial results. The candidate will engage with vendors, estimators and service groups, fostering a high-performance Builder network and supporting project development, pricing optimization, and timely customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum: College degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Preferred: Basic understanding of construction industry, ability to read construction drawings, proficiency in MS Office and PC based applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of a high performance customer/Builder organization to achieve product, market share and sales goals within an assigned territory.
• Increase customer/Builder performance by reviewing competencies and implementing training programs.
• Execute customer training and information programs to develop Builder network capabilities.
• Support existing customer relationships with prompt information and design/product selection assistance.
