Job summary

BlueScope North America is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in the Butler Sales department to develop and manage a field territory, supporting pricing, product information, and strategies to improve financial results.

You will engage with builders and estimators, provide training and information programs, and assist with design and product selection to secure projects. The role offers growth into future opportunities with relocation potential.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of construction industry best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PC-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of a high-performance customer/builders organization within an assigned territory to achieve goals.
• Increase customer/Builder performance through training and program implementation.
• Lead customer training and information programs to develop builder network capabilities.
• Support existing customer relationships with design and product selection assistance and excellent service.
• Provide prompt, clear information to developers for timely solutions.
