Job summary

Motion Industries in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead outside account representatives and drive growth across a large territory in the Hawaii market.

You will develop territory and business plans, coach staff, manage pipelines, and ensure superior customer service while meeting sales quotas. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and more than five (5) years of related experience.
• Sales leadership or outside sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of outside account representatives to promote and sell products and services within a defined geography.
• Analyzes sales pipeline and maintains an array of opportunities to ensure that sales goals are achieved.
• Develops and implements an annual business plan supporting quota and market share growth, updating monthly or quarterly.
• Creates a holistic territory plan and manages net-new sales from prospecting to close.
• Owns prospecting strategy, forecasting, funnel development and management, territory development and closes deals.
• Ensures high-level customer service, including onsite technical assistance and issue resolution.
• Develops and maintains consultative sales relationships with key buying influences within each account.
• Identifies and solicits new business and assigns accounts to appropriate account representatives.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and training direct reports and evaluating performance.
• Reviews financial packages monthly with Operations Manager to ensure branch profitability.
