Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary driver of sales, operations, and profit for the branch.
• Ensure a strong recruiting team and winning sales efforts.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach internal team members.
• Develop each team member and maintain on‑time order fulfillment.
• Hold staff accountable and provide timely feedback and corrective action.
• Drive activities to improve results and achieve growth goals.
• Ensure branch compliance with company policies and regulations.
