Genuine Parts Company (GPC) in Hawaii seeks a Branch Manager to drive sales and lead a team of outside account representatives across a large territory. The role focuses on building business plans, analyzing pipelines, and achieving growth through coaching and direct leadership.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, strong communication, and proven sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and more than five years of related experience.
• Experience leading sales teams and managing budgets is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and pipeline management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of outside account representatives to promote and sell products and services within a defined geography.
• Analyze the sales pipeline and maintain opportunities to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement annual business plans supporting quota attainment and market growth.
• Create territory plans and manage the net new sales process from prospecting to close.
• Own prospecting strategy, forecasting, funnel development and territory development, and close deals in assigned geography.
• Provide onsite technical assistance and ensure high-level customer service; troubleshoot delivery issues.
