Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Montclair, NJ. You will develop, implement, and execute an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts and deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.

You will build and maintain professional relationships with key decision makers, drive product utilization, and strive to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, & strong customer dedication

Responsibilities

• Achieve &/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales
• Develop & build professional relationships with key HCPs in assigned geography
• Drive appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers & community HCPs
• Leverage insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, & competitor information to effectively manage business & challenges
