Breakthru Beverage Group in Davie, FL is seeking a Sales Development role focused on rotating through territories in West Broward to maximize supplier brands sales to the trade. This role may assist the Merchandising Department during peak periods.

You will call on accounts, deliver professional sales presentations, maintain shelves, and ensure brand visibility while handling payments where allowed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
• Must be results-oriented with strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Delivers professional sales presentations to customers, promoting displays, new products, and promotions.
• Maintains product levels by inventory checks and restocking shelves where legal.
• Ensures brand visibility using current point of sale materials.
• Collects payments and remittance from accounts where legally permissible.
• Educates account staff through training seminars on brands.
• Delivers products and handles customer issues, referring to management when needed.
• Strategizes to achieve sales and merchandising objectives using pricing information.
• Ensures national account compliance by completing surveys as required.
